Meike 85mm F1.8 lens is constructed of nine elements in six groups and has multi-layer coatings on the front and rear elements
CA (Chromatic Aberration) is remarkably well controlled throughout the aperture range. It is very unlikely that CA will be seen as a problem and if further correction is ever needed we can of course look to software solutions.
It’s a crop sensor camera, this 85mm lens equates to about a 127.5mm lens
NOTE: This is the STM (stepping motor) fully automatic lens upgraded from the Meike 85mmF1.8 manual focus auto aperture lens.
Multi-layer nano coating has been applied to suppress ghosting and flare for increased contrast and color fidelity when working in strong lighting conditions.
A stepping motor(STM) is used to drive the autofocus system and It uses a nine-blade aperture diaphragm with electronic aperture control.
